CERPSYS: Production ERP for a regional rental enterprise

CERPSYS is a production ERP built for a regional rental enterprise in Leyte: fleet, inventory, billing, and multi-branch reporting for real operators, every day.

At a glance

Role
Full-stack developer at Litecloud PH, built and maintained the system
Timeline
2022 – 2024, from first module to daily multi-branch operation
Scope
Fleet, inventory, automated billing, role-based access, cross-branch reporting for three branches
Constraints
Replaced spreadsheet + WhatsApp workflows; had to match how staff already worked, not retrain them around a template

The problem

The client ran three branches on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Inventory drift, billing disputes, and zero visibility into fleet utilisation were eating margin weekly.

The approach

A full-stack web ERP with role-based access, multi-branch inventory, automated billing, and a reporting layer that rolls up across branches. Designed around the way their staff already worked, not around an out-of-the-box template.
