CERPSYS is Litecloud’s modular cloud ERP for small and mid-size businesses in the Philippines, sold on monthly plans with add-on modules. On a team of about a dozen developers I built Vicinage’s subdivision and resident management and most of the core features: accounting, point of sale, inventory, purchasing, and customer records, with parts of HR.

The problem
A small business needs its accounting, HR, inventory, and sales to share one set of customer and item records, without paying for a full enterprise suite. CERPSYS sells each area as its own module on a monthly plan, so every module has to work alone and alongside the others.
The approach
Each module is its own ASP.NET Core Web API over MySQL stored procedures, and every front end is HTML, jQuery, and Bootstrap on a shared utility layer that I wrote: one save flow, one add/edit/delete/approve modal, and declarative form-to-JSON templates used across the modules. My work also covers Vicinage for subdivisions (units, owners, renters, and its own service); accounting with ledgers, journals, account groups, and dimensions; point of sale with job orders, invoices and terms, pending sales, and receivable payments; inventory items and adjustments; purchasing with purchase orders, deliveries, and payable payments; and customer and company records.
